Projects

Tasks

Create your own tasks and they will show up in the user-tasks section. Or, when somebody creates a project, they can assign a task to you, that task will automatically show up in your assigned tasks and give you access to update notes on each tasks and the percent complete. All changes will show up in projects and your tasks immediately allowing real-time collaboration throughout your business.

Contacts, CRM

Enter your customers or upload vCards (you can export your contacts from outlook as vCards). Track all communications with your customers and keep as much information about them as possible. This will enable easy customer relationship management (CRM) which is exactly what you need for good marketing tactics.

Meetings

Enter your own meetings that are only viewable by yourself, or share them with all of the staff. This is very useful for events like a Christmas party date, time, venue and what to bring and what to wear. Or to let everyone know of a trade show coming up etc....

Secure File Storage

Upload files to projects, customers, messages and emails. You can even upload your logo to display on the top-left of every page. This is recommended as your logo is also used at the top of outgoing emails.

Quotes

Enter your quotes and send them directly to your customer by email, or use the printer-friendly version to print and fax it. Save time by automatically converting your quotes into projects. Messages

Announcements

Use the announcements section to keep your staff informed of the most important information on a daily basis. As an administrator, you can turn the announcements section on or off. This section shows only on Workflow Central main page (your dashboard).
