Terms of Use

By using the service as a visitor, free account customer or paying customer you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Use.

These Terms & Conditions of Use are an agreement between you (and all users within your account) and Workflow Central

Workflow Central may make changes or additions to this agreement at any time without notice.

Any new features added to the service will be subject to this agreement and the failure of Workflow Central to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.


Definitions

Workflow Central - A product of Shelbyblue (an Australian business)
the service - The online business workflow system provided by Workflow Central.
intended use - The intended use is for business workflow and customer relationship management.
you/your - Yourself and/or your company/organisation/group.


General Terms & Conditions

  1. The service is provided "as is" and any use of the service is at the user's own risk.
  2. Workflow Central will endeavor to maintain the service availability providing 99.9% uptime however, in the event of an access outage, Workflow Central will not and cannot be held liable for any loss of data or other resources.
  3. Workflow Central does not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure or accurate.
  4. Workflow Central does not guarantee that errors will be fixed in a timely manner. Workflow Central does not guarantee that all errors will be fixed.
  5. Updates including bug fixes, layout, navigational behaviors and new features will be done during off-peak times. The service may be unusable during the updates. Updates usually take five minutes but can take longer depending on the type of update.
  6. Workflow Central uses a third party hosting service.
  7. Technical support is only available by email.
  8. You agree not to gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
  9. You agree not to hack the service or use any methods that could purposely slow the server down or harm the server, software or hardware in any way.
  10. You agree to only use the service for its intended use.
  11. You agree not to send any unsolicited emails, SMS or other communications that could be considered as SPAM.
  12. You agree not to transmit any viruses, spyware or other harmful code using the service.
  13. Workflow Central may disable your account at any time with or without warning if any users attached to your account use the service in any way other than its intended use, or if a user purposely creates issues or errors within the system.
  14. Workflow Central will not be liable for any loss of data, unauthorised access, loss of profits, cost of substitute products or services, direct or indirect loss or damages, or any incidental or consequential loss or damages (even if Workflow Central has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages).
  15. Workflow Central will not accept any abuse of the system or abuse or threats of Workflow Central's staff, agents or other members. Initial consequence of abuse will be immediate account cancellation.
  16. Workflow Central may remove any content regarded as illegal or defamatory.
  17. Workflow Central reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
  18. Workflow Central staff may see some of your information during updates or general maintenance. Workflow Central staff are required to sign a privacy agreement restricting them from reproducing company or user information in any way outside the general workings of Workflow Central, unless required to by law.
  19. Workflow Central staff may look up the details of any user or company.
  20. The content you upload or enter into the system will remain your copyright.
  21. All code, layout, look and feel, css, html, php remains the copyright of Workflow Central. You may not copy, duplicate or reuse any of the content without written permission from Workflow Central.

Account & Payment Terms

  1. Accounts registered by bots or automated systems is not permitted.
  2. You are responsible for the security of your login username and password. Workflow Central will not be liable for any loss or damages due to unauthorised access.
  3. Validity of your account is automated, if your paid account becomes expired, your account will automatically be changed back to a free account.
  4. If your paid account has expired, simply login and pay your account, once payment is complete you will gain access to the paid features once again.
  5. Payment currency is always shown in the immediate vicinity of the amount.
  6. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrading is immediate, downgrading takes place immediately after the expiry date of your current plan.
  7. Downgrading your plan may cause loss of data or files if your existing usage exceedes the downgraded plan's limitations.
  8. Workflow Central reserves the right to change plan pricing after giving you 30 days notice. Price changes will effect new purchases only, any existing purchases will remain as they are.
